SIA Open Overseas Scholarship
- Eligibility :
 (i) Strong academic records in Secondary School / Institute of Technical Education / Polytechnic / Junior College/ International Baccalaureate
(ii) Strong leadership qualities as demonstrated in Co-Curricular Activities (CCA) and National Service (if applicable);

(i) Open to all nationalities;
(ii) Successful awardees should read a full-time undergraduate degree programme. The scholarship will cover the years of study at NTU;
(iii) Possess outstanding Singapore-Cambridge GCE ‘A’ level, Diploma awarded by a polytechnic in Singapore, NUS High School Diploma, IB Diploma or Year 12 equivalent qualifications;

(i) Singaporeans and other nationals are welcome to apply;
(ii) Non-Singaporeans must have completed or are on track to complete a degree in a Singapore autonomous university;
(iii)Have obtained, or are on track to obtain, at least a 2nd Upper Class Honours degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline;
(iv) Satisfy criteria for and seek admission to PhD or EngD programme in an autonomous university;
(v) Strong interest in a research career;
